Cancellation policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel purchases made through Robam UK, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and “try before you buy” items (if offered).
Subscriptions
We currently do not offer subscription products. However, this section applies if subscriptions (e.g. replacement filters) are introduced in the future.
If you purchase a subscription:
- You will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
- Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer service team.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order with Robam UK, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be supplied once available.
- Full Payment: Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
- Fulfilment: Orders are processed and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis once stock becomes available.

Cancellations:
- You may cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched.
- Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns & Refunds:
- Pre-order items follow our standard returns policy.
- A restocking fee may apply, which helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.
- If the item has already been delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Try Before You Buy
We do not currently offer a “Try Before You Buy” service. If introduced in the future, the following terms would apply:
- Your payment method would be authorised (but not charged) before dispatch.
- You would have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item.
- If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method would be charged in full.
