Delivery Coverage

We offer free delivery on all range hoods, ovens, hobs, and appliances to UK mainland addresses.

At this time, we do not deliver to non‑mainland UK locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands) unless agreed in advance. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is covered.

Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all in‑stock orders within 2 working days of order confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 3 working days.
  • In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days from the date your order is placed.

Large appliances may be delivered via a specialist courier, and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery method required.
