Warranty

All Robam UK appliances are covered from the date of purchase by a 1-year parts warranty and a 5-year motor warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Items must be unused, fully packaged, and in a resaleable condition. Returns must be shipped by pallet to our Manchester address. Return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to our error.
